Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in electrical hardware design (analog or digital).
• 3+ years leading hardware programs or teams.
• Experience with ISO and industry standards.
• Willingness to travel internationally (Asia).

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor electrical engineers; set goals and drive performance.
• Oversee electrical design for optical modules, backplanes, line cards and interconnects.
• Represent hardware team in program reviews and leadership updates.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications.
• Drive signal integrity, power integrity and EMI/EMC compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for NPI and production.
• Interface with customers and vendors for technical discussions.
• Align with global teams on design roadmap and development status.
