You will collaborate with engineering, operations and supplier partners to optimize cost, quality and capacity, lead costed BOM activities, and drive innovative yet cost-efficient solutions on ambitious timelines.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of product development and cost targets.
• Experience with should-cost modeling and costed BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Guide design for manufacturability and cost with engineering.
• Define sustainable sourcing strategy with cross-functional inputs.
• Develop supplier relationships to ensure quality, supply and cost.
• Lead costed BOM management and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Ops to understand downstream impact of design decisions.
