CAIRE is seeking a Global Supply Demand Planner in Atlanta to lead global planning, forecast demand, and align operations with business objectives. The role emphasizes hands-on planning, data analysis, ERP-driven execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years in supply chain, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with JD Edwards or Oracle ERP. Travel is limited and the environment is fast-paced.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, or related field required.
• MBA or APICS certification is a plus.
• 4+ years in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage global supply demand planning across regions to optimize material movements and inventory.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts; adjust plans based on schedules and market conditions.
• Prepare and analyze data for SIOP meetings to align forecasts with inventory and production.
• Utilize MRP/DRP principles to forecast demand, set safety stock targets, and plan replenishments.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to balance supply and demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for NPI, product changes, and phase-outs.
