Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Lead in Carol Stream, IL to drive end-to-end process improvements across procurement, planning, inventory, and order fulfillment.

You will standardize workflows, define data requirements, and enable ERP-enabled automation with strong cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes adopting new processes, managing exceptions, and delivering measurable gains in efficiency and service levels through data-driven

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, procurement, planning, operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional process or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting ERP or supply chain system implementations, from requirements through adoption.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end supply chain processes, identify gaps and prioritize improvements.
• Lead procurement, planning, supplier collaboration, inventory, and order fulfillment transformations.
• Partner with IT to design, test, and improve ERP functionality, dashboards, and automation.
• Train and coach teams, sustain adoption, and measure performance improvements.
