Schneider Electric in Franklin, TN is seeking a Spring 2027 Continuous Improvement Intern to join the Digital Power team as part of the Structured Contracts effort. • Be part of the Structured Contracts Team supporting Schneider Electric's most strategic Data Center customers.
• Help develop and deploy AI models that answer customer and business questions.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI technologies, and digital tools to create innovative solutions.
• Analyze data from multiple systems and help solve reporting, visibility, and data quality challenges.
• Collaborate with Account Leaders and Digital teams to deliver actionable business insights.
• Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22 - $27 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.

The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Analytics, Automation, and Digital Transformation.
• You possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• You are comfortable working with large datasets and can draw meaningful conclusions from data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is preferred.
• You communicate effectively and can present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You are self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of working independently on assigned projects.
• You are passionate about continuous improvement and seeking creative ways to enhance processes, systems, and customer experiences.
• You believe in delivering exceptional customer experiences and understand the importance of data-driven decision making.
• You are available to work full-time during the internship period and are local to the listed location.
