Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field with 10 years of experience or Master's with 8 years in supply chain required.
• Technical lead for complex supply chain programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive results across functions without direct authority.
• Knowledge of FDA requirements, ISO standards, and quality-system expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead complex, cross-functional supply chain projects from strategy development through implementation.
• Define allocation of volumes to manufacturing plants considering financial, operational, and regulatory constraints.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, finance, and other stakeholders to align priorities with patient needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve product availability, inventory performance, and working capital.
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations for senior leaders and establish governance and measures.
