Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain in California to lead and influence cross‑functional supply chain initiatives. You will shape strategy, guide business decisions, and drive performance across plants, regions and product lines, while focusing on availability, inventory performance and working capital.

You will partner with manufacturing, quality, finance and other stakeholders to optimize operations, implement governance and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field with 10 years of related experience.
• Master’s Degree or equivalent in related field with 8 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of FDA requirements, ISO standards, and quality-system expectations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects from strategy to implementation.
• Define allocation of volumes to manufacturing plants considering constraints.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, finance and other stakeholders.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Establish project governance, performance measures, and escalation processes.
