Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Draper, UT is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead the Metals network across global manufacturing sites. You will translate demand into production plans, manage a global team, and partner with Manufacturing, Engineering and Sourcing to align demand, capacity and supplier forecasts.

The role emphasizes strategic procurement, capacity planning, and risk mitigation in a highly regulated medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with experience in planning, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and/or materials management
• Demonstrated track record in people management or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct complex activities across multiple value streams with accountability for deliverables
• Manage purchasing, planning, warehousing, and control of materials from forecast to finished goods delivery
• Develop a talent development plan aligned with department growth
• Identify and implement broad supply chain strategies including negotiations
• Lead processes such as supply planning, capacity planning, and S&OP across value streams
• Develop training infrastructure and SOPs
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma based continuous improvement (EPS)
• Identify strategic opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
• Perform other duties as required
