Job summary

The Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain to lead global sourcing initiatives for direct materials related to New Product Development and other projects. You will partner with Engineering, Finance, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, and international teams to deliver on-time results.

Responsibilities include ideating and implementing multiple sourcing and re-sourcing programs, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, supply chain, operations management, engineering or finance is required.
• Master’s Degree and CPSM are preferred.
• Proven experience with RFPs and supplier selection processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives and projects.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Source commodities and develop global sourcing plans.
• Negotiate and draft supply agreements for domestic and international suppliers.
• Drive cost savings and supplier performance analytics.
