Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 12-15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership.
• 5-8 years' experience in global manufacturing & planning leadership.
• Proven experience negotiating global supply agreements and cost reductions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key commodities, materials, and components supporting JMA manufacturing operations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements with global suppliers.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Own overarching S&OP/DS&OP operating mechanisms to ensure alignment on sales/manufacturing/inventory planning.
