Valeo in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Scheduler to drive Master Production Schedules and ensure customer requirements are integrated into the system. You will work to align production with demand, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and support inventory control across the network.

You will monitor stock levels, release picking lists when needed, and maintain documentation for exports. Requires at least 2 years in planning within automotive manufacturing or warehouse

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service or planning experience in automotive manufacturing or warehouse.
• Experience working with and formatting spreadsheets and using an MRP system.

Mansioni

• Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving implementation of the Master Production Schedules.
• Ensure that the customer requirements are integrated into the system and any integration errors are dealt with and resolved.
• Identify large order variations between forecasted and firmed schedules, ensuring data is accurately supplied from the customer.
• Release picking lists for the customers' deliveries when necessary.
• Monitor the safety stock levels and alert when min/max levels are reached.
• Prepare customs documentation for exporting as needed.
• Meet customer contacts on a regular basis (annual for major customers).
• Accomplish other tasks as required.
