Valeo in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Scheduler to drive Master Production Schedules and ensure customer requirements are integrated into the system. You will work to align production with demand, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and support inventory control across the network.

You will monitor stock levels, release picking lists when needed, and maintain documentation for exports. Requires at least 2 years in planning within automotive manufacturing or warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service or planning experience in automotive manufacturing or warehouse.
• Experience working with and formatting spreadsheets and using an MRP system.

Responsabilités

• Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving implementation of the Master Production Schedules.
• Ensure that the customer requirements are integrated into the system and any integration errors are dealt with and resolved.
• Identify large order variations between forecasted and firmed schedules, ensuring data is accurately supplied from the customer.
• Release picking lists for the customers' deliveries when necessary.
• Monitor the safety stock levels and alert when min/max levels are reached.
• Prepare customs documentation for exporting as needed.
• Meet customer contacts on a regular basis (annual for major customers).
• Accomplish other tasks as required.

What You Will Do

• You will recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving implementation of the Master Production Schedules
• You will ensure that the customer requirements are integrated into the system and any integration errors are dealt with and resolved
• You will identify & highlight large order variations between the schedules that were forecasted by the customer & those that are firmed up by the customer, ensuring that the data has been accurately supplied from the customer
• You will, when necessary, release picking lists for the customers' deliveries
• You will monitor the safety stock levels and alert when the min / max levels are reached
• You will prepare the customs documentation required for exporting as needed
• You will meet the customer contacts on a regular basis (once a year for major Customers)
• You will accomplish other tasks as required

What You Will Have

• You will Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience, required
• You have a minimum of 2 years customer service or planning experience in the automotive manufacturing or warehouse industry
• You have experience working and formatting spreadsheets and have used an MRP system
