Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing or procurement.
• At least 5 years' experience in building/facility project and management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all supply chain activities including budget.
• Define sourcing, logistic and manufacturing strategies with Project Director.
• Drive supplier selection, e-sourcing, tender and contract management.
• Coordinate day-to-day between supply chain, engineering, procurement and operations.
• Track procurement and purchasing plan to ensure cost control.
• Ensure timely sourcing to achieve best cost and quality.
