You will lead cross-site coordination, monitor OTD, manage escalations, and support pricing and capacity strategies with BPM teams, delivering data-driven insights for executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in SCM or business.
• 3–5+ years in operations and supply chain in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel for data modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers daily to provide status updates and resolve escalations.
• Align customer demand forecasts with site production and monitor OTD.
• Collaborate with internal Operations teams for program alignment.
• Support capacity and pricing strategies with BPM teams.
• Prepare data-driven reports for executive reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
