Job summary

Belkin is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager in El Segundo, CA to lead end-to-end strategy and execution for customer programs from concept to mass production. You will partner with Strategic Partnerships to drive sourcing, cost analysis, and manufacturing readiness while mitigating risk and enabling scalable solutions for launches.

Role requires 10+ years in global supply chain, strong cost modeling skills, and collaboration across GSM, product, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (supply chain, engineering, or business).
10+ years in global supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, or supplier management.
Experience supporting NPI/MPI programs and NDA contexts.
Experience with ODM/JDM/OEM/EMS suppliers in development and mass production.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary supply chain expert for external strategic partners and align strategies with objectives.
Lead supply chain strategy from concept through commercialization and mass production.
Develop RFQs, evaluate quotations, and translate customer requirements for sourcing.
Create supplier selection analyses, cost models, and business cases for decisions.
Own cost management and drive bottom-up cost models for savings and margin.
Monitor supplier and manufacturing KPIs to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams on DFC/DFM and design changes impact.
Support readiness and launches with capacity planning, yield improvement, and productivity.
Communicate supply chain strategies and financial recommendations to leadership.
Available on-site 2–3 days per week; travel domestically and internationally.
