Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking a Supply Chain Plant Manager to lead end-to-end material management, production planning and logistics for our renewable energy plant operations in the United States. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to optimize inventories and ensure reliable material flows.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage a cross-functional team, and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international supply chain experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (MBA or APICS considered)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP)
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Valid driver's license and insurability for auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, material management, plant warehouse and logistics platform areas to meet KPI targets
• Organize supply and logistics for materials and finished goods to storage
• Manage resources, including staff and equipment, within budget
• Coordinate demand, delivery schedules, inventory and production planning for reliable material flow
• Oversee warehousing, distribution and inbound logistics tasks
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure on-time, full delivery of finished goods
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety standards
