Danfoss Power Solutions in Shawnee, OK is seeking an experienced Specialist/Project Manager, Global Supply Chain. This role is 100% onsite and reports to the Plant Director.

You will drive and coordinate global supply chain initiatives across sites, focusing on E&O reduction and inventory optimization. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in engineering or supply chain and 5+ years leading supply chain initiatives in manufacturing, with 3+ years in inventory management across international

Qualifications

• Lead global supply chain initiatives across manufacturing sites.
• Drive inventory and E&O reduction projects with cross-site collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate monthly OGS/OTD reviews across regions.
• Coordinate intercompany OTD improvements and supplier S&OP governance.
• Support SAP-related processes and data accuracy improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive, consult, and coordinate global operations in E&O reduction initiatives across sites.
• Facilitate structured deep-dive sessions on inventory reduction; track root causes and corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and lead monthly OGS OTD Review Calls; conduct bi-weekly OTD deep dives.
• Coordinate intercompany OTD improvements; ensure follow-up with regional partners.
• Support supplier S&OP processes and align demand planning with supply execution.
• Contribute to roll-out of S&OP governance models and data accuracy initiatives.
• Map supply chain processes and identify global improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate customer performance plan implementation from a supply chain perspective.
