Job summary

Horizon Hobby is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning in Champaign, IL to lead global inventory and supply planning initiatives. You will manage a team of planning professionals and drive S&OP processes to optimize inventory turns while supporting growth and profitability.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and a track record of improving supply chain performance. Base pay is in the 150k-160k range with potential bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of leadership in Supply Chain.
• APICS/CPIM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and supply planning across Horizon Hobby's global supply chain.
• Lead a team of supply chain managers and planning professionals.
• Develop and implement KPI metrics such as On-Time Deliveries, In Stock and Fill Rate.
