Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Program Manager to drive the global optimization of our supply chain network from Santa Clara, CA. You will set the analytical direction for network modeling, guide decision-making on landed costs, service levels and CO2 impacts, and lead cross-functional initiatives with IT, hardware engineering, and global operations teams.

Qualifications

• Expert in industrial engineering, process analysis, simulation and supply chain optimization.
• Experience directing modeling tools (Coupa Supply Chain Guru, AIMMS) and BI platforms (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Leads cross-functional transformation projects using Agile, Scrum or Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Define scenario logic, digital twin framing criteria, and tradeoff analyses for network design modeling.
• Evaluate global contract manufacturers and facilities for capability and resiliency.
• Lead multi-workstream supply chain transformation from inception to closure.
• Own the network design toolset roadmap and prioritize features with IT.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost, shorten lead times and improve risk management.
