Job summary

Everpure seeks a Global Capacity & Resilience Program Manager to own capacity governance across its global contract manufacturing network. The role builds governance structures, risk frameworks, and executive reporting to absorb shocks and protect growth targets.

You will work with the Network Design Council, site managers, CM partners, and cross-functional teams to influence capacity and risk decisions across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or above preferred.
• Experience leading complex transformation projects across a matrixed network.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the Global Capacity Planning Framework, establishing a single source of truth across lines of business.
• Serve as the central escalation point for capacity issues network-wide and run a Monthly Global Capacity Review with standardized dashboards.
• Define and govern Time to Recover (TTR) and Time to Survive/Time to Fail (TTF) KPIs across all production sites.
• Drive the Capacity Analysis Tool and executive Tableau dashboard roadmap, and own the capital budget for capacity and resilience investments.
• Partner with Indirect Sourcing and Engineering to optimize test time, landed cost, and CM pricing.
