Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in master planning, production planning, or related supply chain roles.
• Experience leading integrated production or supply plans across multiple products, sites or suppliers.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, advanced planning, BI and data-analysis tools; advanced Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the master production and supply plan across product families, sites, suppliers, and distribution nodes for short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
• Develop and govern capacity-constrained supply plans balancing demand, inventory targets, capabilities, and financial objectives.
• Lead monthly supply reviews and executive planning discussions on supply, inventory, capacity, service, and risk tradeoffs.
• Partner with Demand Planning and Finance to reconcile demand, supply, and financial assumptions.
• Lead scenario modeling and mitigation planning for shortages and capacity constraints.
• Establish governance and standard work for master planning with KPIs and continuous improvements.
