Mondi Group seeks a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee the paper supply chain between European mills and US converters. You will manage international transport, domestic distribution, and sales order processes across a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5–7 years in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
Experience handling ocean freight imports into the USA and navigating US Customs regulations.
Experience with US domestic freight operations (FTL, LTL, intermodal).
Strong ability to manage high-volume B2B sales order administration and cross-border logistics.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end logistics from European mills to US ports and final US converters.
Coordinate inland freight, warehousing and final-mile distribution within the USA.
Monitor inventory levels and delivery timelines to prevent disruptions.
Oversee sales orders from receipt to billing and delivery confirmation.
Ensure compliance with US import laws and regulatory paperwork.
Maintain accurate logistics data, KPIs and freight records.
