Job summary

Restaurant Depot is seeking a Supply Chain Director to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership across domestic and international transportation, company-owned and third-party distribution centers, and corporate inventory control. You will own P&L accountability and drive cost optimization, efficiency, and service performance throughout the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive management or leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations.
• Experience overseeing distribution center operations, transportation networks, & complex supply chain functions.
• Direct P&L ownership, budget development, financial forecasting, & cost management.
• Strong understanding of domestic & international freight operations, carrier negotiations, & transportation cost optimization.
• Experience developing financial models, analyzing budget variances, & evaluating operational KPIs.
• Proven ability to recruit, lead, & develop high-performing teams across multiple functions or locations.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, negotiation, & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, & cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities & drive measurable financial & operational results.

Responsibilities

• Direct domestic and international freight operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Own transportation budgets, forecasts, freight expenditures, and P&L across locations.
• Lead carrier negotiations, RFPs, routing strategies, and service agreements.
• Oversee international container movements, ocean freight, drayage, port operations, and customs.
• Monitor transportation costs by lane, carrier, and shipment to identify savings.
• Direct DC/3PL relationships, budgets, and KPI performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and on-time/in-full delivery.
• Lead and develop the distribution center management teams.
