• Direct domestic and international logistics management, ensuring on-time, cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee distribution center operations, inventory control, and 3PL relationships.
• Maintain full P&L accountability and develop budgets/forecasts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop leadership teams across multiple locations.
