You will own the full supply chain, drive S&OP, optimize inventory, and negotiate with suppliers. The role requires a data-driven mindset, ERP proficiency, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain for consumer goods.
• Experience leading S&OP across a cross-functional organization.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities.
• Hands-on with international shipping and working with manufacturers.
• Proficiency with ERP or proprietary systems and tooling.
• Experience building SOPs, managing KPIs, and running analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own full supply chain from suppliers to distribution.
• Lead S&OP to align demand, inventory, and production with goals.
• Manage inventory replenishment and procurement for healthy in-stocks and cash use.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms; conduct supplier reviews and site visits.
• Drive quality, fulfillment accuracy, and cost efficiency across operations.
• Lead planning, production, and logistics for new product launches.
