Electronic Theatre Controls (ETC) is a global leader in lighting, rigging, and power control solutions used in theaters, venues, schools, and architectural spaces around the world. We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to provide strategic leadership for purchasing, planning, inventory, and logistics across regions, developing scalable processes and optimizing costs.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5–7+ years in supervisory supply chain roles, and a proven record

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 8 years in supply chain leadership required
Experience leading multiple supply chain functions and teams
Demonstrated cost-reduction and process-improvement track record
Ability to travel globally and influence cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

Oversees global supply chain functions including purchasing, planning, inventory and logistics
Defines supply chain objectives and policies for the company
Ensures cost-effective resolution for new and existing products
Manages Master Schedule review and forecast accuracy across regions
Directs material allocation and international distribution
Leads and develops department personnel and ISO-related procedures
