Job summary

ebs recruiters LLC is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain operations across domestic and international activities. You will drive procurement, inventory control, logistics, and vendor relationships to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain management with strong ERP/Infor or similar system experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain technology; Infor/Syteline or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, evaluation, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and optimize inventory controls.
• Oversee domestic and international transportation and distribution activities.
• Analyze supply chain processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Partner with production, engineering, sales, and finance teams to support operational needs.
• Analyze supply chain data and key performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procurement standards.
