Job summary

iBUILT is seeking a dynamic Head of Global Supply Chain to lead our global sourcing in the commercial steel modular construction space. You will overhaul procurement strategy and partner with technology to digitize planning, pricing, ordering and inventory management across multiple regions.

You will identify top suppliers, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with manufacturing, finance and engineering to optimize iBUILT's supply chain performance while ensuring compliance with evolving

Qualifications

• 8+ years of global supply chain and sourcing experience in building materials and construction.
• Experience with digital procurement and SCM systems and Procore, Sage 300 and ERP programs.
• APICS certification a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul procurement and supply chain strategy, protocols and procedures across the organization.
• Collaborate with technology to digitize procurement, pricing, ordering and inventory management.
• Identify and qualify best-in-class suppliers and negotiate favorable agreements.
• Work with manufacturing, finance, operations and engineering to optimize supply chain contribution.
• Define and monitor supply chain metrics for cost, quality and forecasts.
• Review practices to align with environmental policies and laws.
