About the Role
This internship sits inside our global supply chain function — the team that moves materials, manages suppliers, and keeps production running across multiple continents. You'll work on real problems, not busy work. Expect to dig into data, track down root causes, and help the team make better decisions faster.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day supply chain operations, including purchase order tracking, supplier communication, and inventory monitoring
- Analyze supply and demand data to flag risks and surface opportunities for cost or lead-time improvement
- Help maintain and improve ERP data accuracy — item masters, lead times, safety stock levels
- Assist in coordinating inbound logistics for international shipments, including documentation and carrier follow-ups
- Build and update reporting tools (Excel, dashboards) that the team actually uses
- Sit in on supplier calls and cross-functional meetings; document action items and follow through

Nice to have
- Exposure to an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Coursework or project experience in procurement, demand planning, or international trade
- Familiarity with freight terms (Incoterms) or customs processes
