Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Analytics to lead the transformation of its Digital Supply Chain through data-driven insights, analytics, and system optimization. You will partner across Supply Chain, IT, Logistics, and business units to drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in supply chain analytics, strong storytelling with data, and the ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 10+ years in supply chain analytics or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, visualization, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring, influencing, and developing teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 15% or more).

Responsibilities

• Lead enhancements to Digital Supply Chain initiatives.
• Ensure analytics and insights are actionable and aligned to business priorities.
• Align analytics, processes, systems, and reporting with current business needs.
• Train and support users on standardized tools and processes.
• Use data to guide decision-making across the organization.
• Design and execute analytics strategies to support key initiatives and supplier taxonomy development.
• Lead advancement of Digital Supply Chain capabilities through analytics and systems optimization.
• Serve as enterprise leader for supply chain analytics.
• Own SCM reporting and data solutions ensuring data quality and usability.
• Lead and develop a team of analytics professionals.
