Job summary

Emerson seeks a Director, Global Supply Chain Operations Execution to drive day-to-day execution across its complex electronics manufacturing environment. You will influence at the VP+ level, align materials and schedules, and coordinate with global teams to ensure reliable delivery and working capital objectives.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, S&OP, and regional teams, leading governance and performance management to meet customer commitments and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain or operations, preference for electronics/semiconductor environments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle EBS preferred) and advanced planning tools (Kinaxis or similar).
• Proven ability to manage supply chain priorities and coordinate cross-functional actions across manufacturing, procurement, planning, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, escalation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel as needed across time zones.
• Proven track record driving execution in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to influence at senior executive level while driving detailed execution.

Responsibilities

• Influence across manufacturing, procurement, business, and customer-facing teams.
• Engage executive leadership at VP+ level to guide operational decisions.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain execution activities to meet demand and manufacturing commitments.
• Support disciplined planning processes and timely issue escalation.
• Apply knowledge of electronics manufacturing supply chains to sustain performance.
• Ensure data support for decision-making through ERP and planning tools.
• Monitor inventory, shortages, aging, and material availability for continuity.
• Prepare and analyze supply chain KPIs and communicate risks and actions to leadership.
• Coordinate with regional teams to resolve constraints and execute plans.
