Job summary

PsiQuantum is seeking a Staff Supply Chain Manager / Supplier Engineer to drive supply base performance as the company moves from R&D to production of a fault-tolerant quantum computer.

You will negotiate with mechanical and cryogenic suppliers, build global supplier networks, and align supplier milestones with internal goals, leveraging ERP NetSuite and Arena PLM to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field; MBA or ME preferred.
• 10-15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Supplier Engineering.
• Contract negotiation and management experience.
• Experience with ERP (NetSuite) and PLM (Arena) or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate delivery, pricing, and terms with key technology suppliers in the mechanical and cryogenic space.
• Build up, oversee, and project manage supplier relationships and performance for large scale programs.
• Scale and mature a global supply base for cryogenics vacuum chambers and related components.
• Develop and grow supplier capabilities to meet PsiQuantum requirements.
