Job summary

The role partners with Engineering, Product, Operations and Finance to translate requirements into sourcing plans and budgets, while negotiating prices and coordinating supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field with hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure materials meeting quality, timing, and cost needs.
• Develop scalable supply networks for prototyping, pilot builds, and full production.
• Continuously optimize supply chain performance for agility and innovation.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance to align supply strategies.
• Drive consensus on demand forecasts and sourcing plans.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Own supplier relationships and forecast orders.
• Lead pricing negotiations and secure supply agreements.
• Coordinate onsite visits and supplier reviews.
