Job summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a Director of Supply Chain to own multiple product lines and value streams. You will oversee demand planning, lifecycle planning, purchasing, scheduling, inventory, customer service, freight, and warehouse efficiency, while managing metrics and budgets.

You will lead a diverse team of managers, set goals aligned with operating plans, and foster continuous improvement across global entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain required.
• 7+ years leading Supply Chain teams.
• 5+ years in Medical Device or regulated industry.
• Experience with global supply chain teams and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Supply Chain managers and drive process improvement.
• Align goals with annual operating plans and coach teams to achieve them.
• Develop continuous improvement culture and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensure optimized resources and adequate inventory to support the organization.
• Direct teams and implement cost-efficient processes for timely product delivery.
• Prepare annual plans, budgets, and identify opportunities across global entities.
