Job summary

Phillips and Temro Industries seeks a seasoned Supply Chain leader to oversee all phases of sourcing, inventory, and supplier performance. You will drive cost reductions, optimize the supplier base, and lead cross-functional teams across global locations to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

Requirements include a B.S. in SCM (MBA preferred), 10+ years in global sourcing, and ISM/APICS certification. Travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Supply Chain Management or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• ISM/APICS certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with 5 years of proven results leading global sourcing.
• Significant project management experience managing global projects.
• Domestic and international travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead inventory planning, targeting and procurement to maximize velocity.
• Oversee supplier quality and SCAR processes for defects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with trade agreements and regulatory standards.
• Maintain records for RoHS/REACH/Prop 65 and other compliance.
