Job summary

Phillips & Temro Industries Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Director in Eden Prairie, MN to lead end-to-end supply chain operations. This executive will drive global sourcing, inventory strategy, supplier relations, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain leadership, a BS in SCM, and travel. Base pay ranges from $140k to $185k with a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership track.
• Experience leading global sourcing initiatives a must.
• Domestic and international travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of supply chain and drive a performance-driven culture.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to align with business goals.
• Manage inventory targets, records, and procurement activity to maximize velocity.
• Lead supplier quality and SCAR processes to resolve defects and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance with trade agreements and regulatory requirements.
