Job summary

Phillips Corporation is seeking an experienced inventory and warehouse leader to master our inventory and supply infrastructure. You will engineer tracking systems, investigate variances, and deliver expert monthly reports to prove reliability across critical operations.

You will partner with the Service Scheduler to guarantee technicians have the exact parts at work start, forecast shortages, minimize procurement costs, and drive replenishment efficiency with strong supplier oversight.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of warehouse leadership and inventory management experience.
• Experience with inventory management software, cycle counts and inventory management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy and oversee sophisticated tracking systems to prevent variances.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement processes to reduce future variances.
• Generate monthly reports and collaborate with Service Scheduler to ensure parts availability.
