Job summary

Safran in the United States (Florida) seeks a VIE Supply Chain Business Analyst to optimize supplier performance and purchasing operations across SEP North America. You’ll deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and ASL management to support audits and ERP master data.

You will manipulate large datasets, coordinate supplier-related activities, and act as system administrator for supplier performance tools, partnering with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, data analytics, or procurement.
• Strong Power BI and Excel skills for dashboards and reporting.
• ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze supplier performance KPIs across business units.
• Build and publish monthly dashboards and scorecards using Power BI and Excel.
• Manipulate and synthesize large datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
• Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and ensure compliance documentation.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and performance reports.
• Assist in updating ERP records and master data for MRO purchasing needs.
• Serve as administrator for supplier performance systems and trainings.
• Coordinate supplier-related events and performance reviews.
