Job summary

Safran Electrical & Power in Sarasota, FL seeks a VIE - Supply Chain Business Analyst to support the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) team across SEP North America. You will analyze data, manage KPIs, and develop Power BI dashboards to streamline purchasing operations in a dynamic international environment.

The role focuses on supplier risk, ASL management, ERP data updates, and collaboration with internal/external audits. English required; Spanish/French a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, data analytics, or procurement.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, data manipulation, and reporting tools preferred.
• ERP system experience is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze supplier performance KPIs across business units.
• Build and publish monthly dashboards and scorecards using Power BI and Excel.
• Manipulate and synthesize large datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
• Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL), ensuring timely updates of supplier certifications and compliance documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and performance reports.
• Assist in updating ERP records and master data for MRO purchasing needs.
• Serve as the administrator for supplier performance systems and support improvement projects.
• Coordinate supplier-related events, performance reviews, and system trainings.
