Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Compliance Manager responsible for interpreting regulatory requirements for Subcontracts and Procurement.

The role includes cost/price analyses, audit support, and developing compliant processes. You will train staff, review procurement documents, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure government compliance and pricing integrity. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance/audit with government experience, strong analytical skills, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Accounting or related field; MBA or advanced degree desired.
8+ years of Finance/Audit experience at government or related Subcontracts/Procurement.
Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, CPSR requirements.
Experience preparing or reviewing cost/price analyses and subcontract pricing.
Ability to evaluate labor, material, indirect rates, escalation, and data other than certified pricing data.
Experience with supplier proposals, negotiations, and pricing documentation.
United States citizenship.

Responsibilities

Interpret regulations and ensure compliance for Subcontracts and Procurement groups.
Provide SME training on procurement processes and regulatory updates.
Review procurement documents for FAR/DFARS/CAS/CPSR compliance and cost/price analysis.
Prepare cost/price analysis reports and pricing recommendations.
Support audits by internal teams and government agencies (DCMA, DCAA).
Develop and implement new compliance processes as needed.
Assist staff with procurement planning and maintaining an approved purchasing system.
