Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or related field.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in global supply chain management with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in program, project or product management or leading product implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on capabilities, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Lead the negotiation process to secure favorable terms.
• Conduct rigorous supplier qualification processes to assess meeting quality, delivery, and performance standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely, efficient execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and mitigate them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
• Continuously analyze supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement strategies to scale up technologies across regions with qualified suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to address issues promptly.
