Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Supply Chain Accountant in Mooresville, North Carolina to support the Finance Department and global distribution operations. You'll perform month-end close, reporting and analysis; manage accruals and forecasting; backfill key processes; and coordinate with teams in the US and India to optimize distribution costs and inventory accuracy.

The role also offers exposure to ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, global environment with opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ERP systems
• Familiarity with SmartView or similar tools
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning with Google Cloud platforms
• Basic understanding of accounting principles including reporting, accruals, forecasting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-cultural teams
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Perform basic accounting functions including month-end close, reporting, and analysis
• Manage accruals and assist with forecasting activities to support financial planning
• Backfill and cross-train for key accounting processes over the next two months
• Coordinate with global teams, including managing analysts in the US and India
• Support distribution cost analysis and inventory management with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
