Job summary

Honda seeks qualified professionals to strengthen our manufacturing supply chain. This role focuses on flexible parts sourcing, on-time delivery, and global procurement, interfacing with PLEX, SAP, and Trade Automation to support the company’s global capabilities.

The position involves coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and customers to optimize lead times, costs, and service levels. You will participate in budgeting, planning, and continuous improvement activities to drive value.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing supply chain experience including purchasing, inventory analysis, procurement or logistics.
• Strong data calculation and analysis skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, monitor, and execute purchase orders; manage inventory and coordinate multi-modal logistics.
• Maintain supplier relationships and coordinate regular meetings to align on requirements and improvements.
• Lead negotiations, cost changes, and budget updates; perform monthly variance analysis.
• Support onboarding of new projects and ensure process efficiency and accuracy.
• Promote continuous improvement and KPI tracking across suppliers and vendors.
