Planet Pharma is seeking a Technical Manager to own and optimize global Supplier Quality Management processes, focusing on SCN and ASL. You will drive governance, risk-based approaches, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams across multiple sites.

Role requires 6+ years in regulated industries, GMP/GDP knowledge, and strong collaboration skills to partner with Supply Chain, Compliance, and Manufacturing groups. Located in Novato, CA with a focus on quality leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharma, or highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP global regulations and standards.
• Supplier Quality/Compliance experience preferred; experience with manufacturing, quality, or regulatory a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead Quality-related reviews and cross-functional teams as SME for SCN.
• Lead quality aspects for Approved Supplier List management.
• Establish KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and opportunity identification for process improvements.
• Act as Business Process Owner for SCN and ASL, ensuring health and continuous improvement.
• Review and approve Supplier Change Notifications in the QMS.
• Collaborate with global and site stakeholders to optimize SCN processes.
• Develop and communicate quality policies to align with global processes.
• Support program enhancements to SCN and ASL processes.
• Provide SME support for site and global inspections and responses.
