Job summary

Sealed Air seeks a Senior Director, Global Quality - Protective to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Global Quality Management System. You will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Commercial, and Digital teams to drive standardization, digital transformation, and a culture of quality across manufacturing sites and external partners.

The role requires strategic leadership, extensive experience in global quality transformations, and the ability to mentor

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Mathematics, or related field.
15+ years of quality leadership in a global manufacturing environment.
Deep expertise in Quality Management Systems, statistical methods, SPC, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global quality strategy aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
Lead the governance and continuous improvement of the Global Quality Management System (QMS).
Drive digital manufacturing initiatives and Industry 4.0 with data-driven quality solutions.
Ensure compliance with corporate quality standards through audits, assessments, and governance.
Define and monitor global quality KPIs including defect reduction and first pass yield.
