Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supplier Quality Inspector to support Manufacturing by executing and optimizing inspection processes. You will own supplier part inspections, review certifications, and drive continuous quality improvements on the shop floor and at supplier sites.

You will travel up to 75% to supplier facilities, program CMMs and Romer arms, and ensure parts meet AS9100/ISO quality standards. A strong aerospace/defense inspection background is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier site inspections up to 75% travel.
• Perform precision metrology with standard gauges and advanced tools.
• Conduct incoming inspections on mechanical parts and materials.
• Review material certifications and conformance to drawings.
• Inspect flight hardware per engineering drawings and standards.
• Document and report non-conformances at the source.
• Support development of supplier inspection plans and CAPA actions.
• Program and set up articulating arms and CMMs to achieve inspection goals.
• Guide internal and external stakeholders on inspection requirements.
