Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supply Quality Engineer in Ashville, OH, with training temporarily in Santa Ana, CA and Atlanta, GA. You will develop and execute quality processes for precision machined parts used in missile and high-speed aircraft programs, collaborating with design and supplier teams to meet demanding quality standards.

The role requires expertise in metrology, AS9100/ISO9001, PPAP, and RCCA, with travel and security clearance as part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy or similar.
• Experience producing precision mechanical parts for aerospace or defense.
• Experience scaling supplier capabilities from prototype to high-rate production.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design teams to provide design for manufacturability feedback and generate product data for precision parts.
• Lead supplier quality development through design reviews, supplier process development, testing, and qualification.
• Drive supplier readiness with RCCA, MRB, SCAR processes and containment actions.
• Collaborate with product quality, sourcing, and program management to ensure predictable supply.
• Audit supplier QMS and document flow-down requirements to customers.
