Caterpillar seeks a Supplier Development Engineer within the Large Power Systems Division in Lafayette, IN. You will assess supplier quality, ensure compliance with manufacturing specs and standards, and drive improvements across supplier networks.

This role focuses on testing, audits, and collaboration with suppliers to elevate performance and reduce defects. You will engage in data-driven reporting, lead quality assurance initiatives, and work onsite five days a week.
