You will work with suppliers and internal partners to develop quality products for production and service. Key duties include audits, root-cause analyses, corrective actions, and ongoing supplier performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Clear communications skills and ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal partners.
• Focus on continuous improvement of processes, products, and services.
• Knowledge of quality management tools and production standards.
• PPAP knowledge including elements, submissions, and objectives; ability to assess supplier capability.
• Understanding manufacturing standards, procedures, and policies to ensure compliant processes.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and contracting with manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop quality products for production and service.
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships through close collaboration.
• Monitor and recover supplier warranty issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with product groups and suppliers to resolve field issues.
• Perform audits of existing and new suppliers for quality compliance.
• Lead root-cause and corrective actions with BCP plants for production issues.
