Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Senior Specialist in Supplier Quality Data Governance to drive the global quality data across gas turbine components. You will own data standards, cleaning, archiving and KPI analytics, enabling proactive risk management and cross‑system optimization of SAP/QM and related platforms.

The role requires advanced Excel, SQL and Python skills, experience with dashboards, and knowledge of ISO 9001 and power generation industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Statistics or related majors.
• Longterm professional working experience in supply chain quality data governance, data analysis and quality system optimisation in manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle quality data of global gas turbine component suppliers, including incoming inspection, testing, defect records, corrective actions, supplier audits and performance evaluations.
• Build KPI analysis models for defect rates, nonconformities, recurrence and delivery quality; perform trend analysis and root‑cause reviews.
